Justin Kim
CEO, CO-FOUNDER
As CEO, Justin steers Hupo from product excellence to commercial strategy, drawing on years of experience building and scaling technology for global enterprises. He’s worked with organizations like Bank of Singapore, Tokio Marine, and Oracle, and previously led product at Toss ($7.4B valuation) with leadership roles at Miso (YC), Bloomberg, and Bain. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Justin bridges technical innovation with business acumen to enable Hupo to deliver solutions that exceed the needs of large, complex organizations.
Jean Neo
COO, CO-FOUNDER
Jean leads customer success, account management, and operations at Hupo. She brings deep expertise honed as a VP at Morgan Stanley and in business development at Bloomberg. Jean has worked closely with multinational clients across financial services and beyond, driving adoption and long-term value in dynamic, highly regulated markets. She holds a degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University and splits her time between Singapore and Hong Kong.
Bek Abdik
CTO, CO-FOUNDER
Bek leads Hupo’s engineering team, architecting the AI-powered solutions that drive value for global organizations. He has built advanced AI products at Amazon, Miso (YC), and Tridge (valued at $2.7B), and served as CTO of Lovo AI, a pioneer in text-to-speech technology. His expertise in developing scalable, secure technology stacks makes him uniquely equipped to meet the complex needs of enterprise clients. A global citizen across Asia, North America, and Europe, Bek also mentors students in Uzbekistan to pursue their ambitions with confidence.
